UX RESEARCH
Before launching into great design, it is crucial to have the full story. One of our focuses lies with UX Research. During UX Research, we investigate user needs systematically. This research is critical to reaching new conclusions, establishing correct facts, and finding any hidden problems. Each client and situation involves a well-cured investigation to create a clear and focused site.
REFOUNDRY
During our work with Refoundry our team launched a UX Research systematic approach. We had the opportunity to do in-depth user research. The site had 5 different users, ranging from government to the common man, while trying to tell a complicated and important story. By conducting audits, content analysis and interviews, we were able to create a clear and focused site for Refoundry.
ELEZAR
Working with a budget and time contracts on Elezar, we still were able to conduct audits, content analysis, and interviews. Our research made Elezar’s need for more visually compelling photography and social media, a priority.
